We do not offer refunds for any item but may exchange when you return in salable condition within 7 days of receipt.  

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange and refunds on headpieces. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the original tags, packing and boxes. Thank you for your understanding! 

We do not accept EXCHANGE & REFUNDS for SALE items.
